You are not seeing the Teams “Meeting Now” window because your computer has been used to access a Microsoft Office 365 Teams account in the past and your browser has a cookie which causes you to access the previous account login page. To remedy this issue and continue into the Teams meeting please follow one of the following options:

Option 1: Use a different browser.

a. Go into the email that contains the Teams meeting invitation link. Locate the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link

b. Right-click over the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link and choose “Copy link address”

c. Open a different browser from the one used in your first attempt

d. Right-click and paste the link into the address bar of the new browser and press Enter

e. Proceed with Step 2 in the “Teams Meeting Guest Instructions”

Option 2: Open a Chrome “Incognito”, Edge “InPrivate” , Safari “New Private” or Firefox “New Private” Window

a. Go into the email that contains the Teams meeting invitation link. Locate the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link

b. Right-click over the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link and choose “Copy link address”

c. Open the private window in your browser (see image below)

d. Paste the link into the address bar in the new private window and press Enter

e. Proceed with Step 2 in the “Teams Meeting Guest Instructions”
